The relationship myth between chocolate and acne is not true

American researchers found that a legendary based on it eating the chocolate leads to acne is not true. 70% of young people think that eating the chocolate causes to acne in skin. However, the researchers at the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, in an article that published in the scientific journal of America Medical Association showed that the consumption of certain foods like chocolate does not cause to acne. The researchers in this regard stated: "Undoubtedly acne is the most common disease among adolescents and can even damage to 70 to 87 percent of adults.
