The relationship myth between chocolate and acne is not true
American researchers found that a
legendary based on it eating the chocolate leads to acne is not true. 70% of
young people think that eating the chocolate causes to acne in skin. However,
the researchers at the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, in
an article that published in the scientific journal of America Medical
Association showed that the consumption of certain foods like chocolate does
not cause to acne. The researchers in this regard stated: "Undoubtedly
acne is the most common disease among adolescents and can even damage to 70 to
87 percent of adults. Several factors are involved in the cause of acnes.

refer too secretion of fat to the skin cells and activity of responsible
microbes for inflammation in the skin's follicles. As well as, other conditions
such as genetic aspects and self-inflamed suppliers, stress and smoking are
involved in the cause of acnes". Between 62 and 70% of young people
believe that there is a direct connection between acne and food, while,
according to the scientists, the role of food in the cause of acne is very
little or none at all. The first scientific attempts to understand the
relationship between acne and chocolate began in the 60s and 70s and showed
that chocolate doesn't cause the acne's condition worsening. Now new research
shows that consumption of chocolate is completely harmless for acnes.
